We support women and athletes through four pathways:

  • 1:1 Support: Private strength, movement, nutrition, performance, or integrated care.

  • Group & Semi-Private Support: Coached spaces for athletes, partners, teams, and women who build better with support around them.

  • Self-Led Programs with Check-Ins: We write the workouts and/or nutrition strategy. You perform them independently with expert check-ins based on the program you choose.

  • Therapy with Auria: Licensed psychotherapy for California clients navigating anxiety, burnout, identity, body trust, performance pressure, and emotional healing.
