Bethany Busch, MS, ACSM-EP, CSCS is a Master’s-level Exercise Physiologist, Kinesiologist, and Post-Rehabilitation Movement Specialist.
After spending 13 years working in warehouses and battling a decade-long journey with undiagnosed autoimmune diseases, Bethany returned to academia to disrupt the fitness industry. Armed with elite credentials and a fierce determination to advocate for the women healthcare forgot, she founded Head 2 Toe Strength. She is actively dismantling the "male-as-default" sports science model, helping women reclaim their bodies, redefine their strength, and build unshakeable kinetic foundations.
