Tired of watching women navigate pain, grief, and burnout in systems that weren’t built for them.
This began in a park during lockdown.
Movement became medicine. Friendship became lifeline.
What started as a client-trainer connection between Bethany and Auria turned into something deeper:
A shared refusal to play nice with wellness norms — and a commitment to build care that actually feels like care.
We built Head 2 Toe Strength to be the place we couldn’t find.
